You will be the voice of Wujhat in front of our clients. You will receive their inquiries and respond through our various written sales channels: messages within our app, and social media platforms. You will receive their requests and coordinate with hotels and suppliers to design and coordinate the best packages and the most suitable ones for each client. Nature of Work and Working Hours We strive to make work as flexible and comfortable as possible: The nature of the work is 40 hours a week, divided between 5 to 6 days a week, and the schedule may vary depending on pressure and seasons (keeping the 40 hours in mind). Work from the office 3-4 days a week, and work remotely one to two days a week. After a few weeks, we may need your flexibility to work evenings and on weekends (within the 40 hours). Goals and Commission You will earn a percentage of the sales that exceed a monthly target we set for you, and we have designed your start with us in three clear stages that give you enough time to succeed: The first month is fully dedicated to your training and support. The second month is your trial period to find your rhythm and get to know your work. From the third month onward, meeting the monthly target becomes mandatory and applicable. First: Job Objective

Manage order and payment operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and fast ordering experience for restaurant customers, in line with the service and quality standards adopted by the company.

Second: Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Receive customer orders inside the restaurant or through takeout.
2. Enter orders accurately through the point of sale system.
3. Collect cash and electronic payments and deliver the invoice.
4. Ensure the order's accuracy before delivering it to the customer.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the speed and quality of order execution.
6. Effective communication with the work team and direct manager.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and ensure the availability of necessary tools.
8. Match cash and sales reports at the end of the shift.
9. Report any financial discrepancies or operational notes to management.
10. Professionally handle customer complaints and escalate them when necessary.
11. Full knowledge of product components and the ability to explain them to customers.

In case of discovering an error in the financial custody:

Notify the direct manager immediately, review reports, and do not act individually with the amount except according to the approved procedure.

If the work pressure exceeds capacity:

Request support, organize priorities, maintain calmness, and avoid haste that causes operational errors.

In case of customer order delay:

1. Apologize to the customer professionally.
2. Explain the reason for the delay.
3. Follow up on the order with the kitchen immediately.
4. Notify the manager when the allowed time is exceeded.
5. Follow up on the order until delivery.

The secretary is responsible for organizing and managing daily administrative tasks within the company, ensuring the workflow is efficient and professional. Her duties include receiving visitors and clients, responding to phone calls and emails, organizing appointments and meetings, preparing and filing documents, reports, and correspondence, following up on office work, and coordinating between different departments, in addition to supporting management in various organizational and administrative tasks. It is required for the applicant to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to organize and manage time, proficiency in using desktop computer programs such as Microsoft Office, good manners in dealing, the ability to handle work pressure, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information, with preference given to those with prior experience in administrative work or secretarial roles.
