Key Responsibilities:- Overall maintenance of all facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Forecasting additional equipment requirements and management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the company car fleet including allocation, maintenance, and insurance.
- Liaising with external suppliers for services like cleaning and maintenance.
- Overseeing the travel arrangements in the unit.
- Managing the Accommodation Officers and ensuring all employees are informed about safety precautions in facilities.
Are You the One?We are looking for candidates with:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Arabic and English skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP or any known ERP).
