Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the HR department and other departments.
Qualifications:- A university degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a related business field.
- Experience in hotel operations is considered an asset.
