We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist our HR department with various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews, support onboarding processes, and maintain employee records.
• Employee Relations & Support: Be the point of contact for inquiries regarding HR policies, handle grievances, and organize employee engagement activities.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with laws, assist in payroll processing, and maintain records and reports.
• Performance & Training Support: Coordinate training sessions and support performance appraisal processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
- Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Employee Relations & Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in processing payroll, leave requests, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, track attendance, and maintain employee files.
• Performance & Training Support:
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.

Requirements:
