Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage Nuzha’s social media presence end-to-end. This role is responsible for daily content planning, posting, engagement, and growing our online community across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.)
• Create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
• Write engaging captions aligned with Nuzha’s brand voice
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Monitor trends and adapt content to current topics
• Coordinate with hosts to feature experiences and user-generated content
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Collaborate with marketing and growth efforts when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to create content using a phone (photos/videos)
• Strong Arabic writing skills (English is a plus)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and consistently

Nice to Have

• Experience in tourism, lifestyle, or marketplace platforms
• Basic video editing skills (Reels / TikTok)
• Familiarity with analytics tools

Job Benefits:
• The work is commission-based only.
• For each qualified appointment attended by the firm, the representative receives 25 riyals.
• If the sale is closed by our team after the appointment, the representative receives an additional 100 riyals.
• Value of each landing page for the client: 300 riyals.

Job Conditions:
• Saudi nationality only.
• Commitment to making calls according to the specified script.
• Remote work is available, with all calls recorded and every appointment documented in CRM.

Required tasks:
Make 50 calls daily (5 days a week). Except Friday and Saturday
Extract a special number for work + activate a calling package that will convert a communication allowance at the end of the month worth 150 riyals when achieving at least one signature

Choose your suitable timing from (9 AM to 7 PM)
- Persuade clients of our services and the advantages of contracting with us over the phone.
Required skills:
- Mastery of phone communication and persuasion.
- Politeness in dealing and self-control.
- Ability to organize time and work independently.
