Responsibilities:- Conduct daily inspections, servicing, and repairs of kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, steamers, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and extractors.
- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor the condition and performance of gas, electrical, steam, and water connections associated with the equipment.
