• Providing customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about the shopping center (store locations, events, facilities).

• Resolving simple visitor issues such as lost items and providing directions or handling minor complaints, while escalating complex issues to the supervisor.

• Maintaining positive interaction with visitors through clear communication and a commitment to assisting and problem-solving skills.

• Documenting details of interactions with visitors and providing feedback by recording their comments and observations.

• Assisting in data collection and updating frequently asked questions (FAQs) based on visitor inquiries.

• Following the established procedures and protocols in the shopping center to ensure a consistent experience for visitors.

• Completing assigned tasks on time and at a high quality, as delegated by the Senior Visitor Services Officer or other team members.

• Proactively identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve personal and team targets in line with company goals.

• Maintain up-to-date expertise on product features, promotional offers, and competitive advantages to confidently communicate with customers.

• Support integration between digital and physical sales channels, including assisting with online orders, delivery queries, and omnichannel processes.

• Follow all company procedures related to cash handling, POS operation, and store security to maintain compliance and efficiency.

• High school diploma or above preferred. Relevant training or coursework in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic are essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
