Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Partner in daily tasks, from personal to managerial.
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting logistics.
- Support the planning and organizing of external conferences and events.
- Act as a gatekeeper for inbound and outbound communications.
- Maintain organized systems for documentation and materials needed for engagements.
- Deliver utmost confidentiality regarding all work-related matters.
- Draft agendas and prepare key materials for meetings.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up on decisions made.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- High degree of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to produce well-designed presentations and documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Solid MS Office skills.
