Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory of medications.
• Manage inventory through a database and maintain required levels on a daily basis.
• Control inventory levels and product movement.
• Conduct random and comprehensive inventory audits.
• Inspect modifications and ensure conformity in electronic and paper systems.
• Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual statistics.
• Identify damaged and depreciated inventory and ensure it matches actual conditions.
• Conduct field visits and submit technical reports to the Director of the Department.
• Participate in established committees and prepare necessary reports.
• Coordinate between the Department of Inventory Control and related departments.
• Perform all duties professionally and confidentially.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institute (Essential).
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Pharmacy Technician in Hospital Pharmacy (Desirable).
• Classified and Registered as Pharmacy Technician with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
