* Supervising the execution of orders from confirmation to delivery and ensuring a smooth experience for customers. * Coordinating with suppliers, technicians, and drivers to ensure orders are ready and delivered on time. * Following up on customer issues and resolving them, such as delays or missing items. * Answering calls and messages and communicating with customers as needed. * Working with different teams such as inventory and purchasing to improve workflow. * Continuously sharing operational feedback to enhance performance.

Operational Management: Supervision of daily store operations. Monitoring selection, filling, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Inventory Monitoring: Ensuring proper inventory rotation and product distribution. Supervision of receipt, renewal, and inventory accuracy through periodic audits. Coordination with supply chain teams to meet replenishment needs and address any discrepancies in inventory. Reports and Analysis: Preparing operational reports on productivity, shrinkage, and inventory levels. Using data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience of 0 to 2 years in warehouse operations, retail, or order fulfillment, preferably in a closed environment or e-commerce. Familiarity with inventory systems, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a shift schedule.
