We are a leading company specializing in medical supplies and healthcare solutions in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring the availability of high-quality medical products at optimal costs while maintaining robust supplier relations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full procurement cycle for medical consumables, from sourcing to delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, track vendor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to source alternative suppliers and drive cost optimization.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports and presentations for top management.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and other departments to ensure budget alignment and accurate documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the medical or healthcare sector, with proven exposure to consumables and supplier networks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and procurement reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of procurement policies, asset management systems, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
