Responsibilities:- Follow established procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing items.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved vendor list.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to oversee food and beverage purchasing.
- Compiling and analyzing data to generate reports for management.
- Ensure sanitation and safety compliance in all purchasing activities.
Requirements:- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing or a related field.
