Role Overview:The Sales Consultant / Sales Engineer will understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions, converting showroom inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend walk-in clients and assess their space, lifestyle, and design needs
- Provide expert consultation on wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture solutions
- Prepare concept proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with design and production teams for feasibility and execution
- Conduct site visits and measurements
- Follow up with clients and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in the furniture, interiors, joinery, or fit-out industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/design tools is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 2–5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
