Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and process purchasing orders as needed.
- Track orders, investigate problems, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Record purchases and maintain a database; perform physical counts and reconcile stock counts with computer-generated reports.
- Receive, store, order, and issue supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality standards for audits and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage supplier relations and support operational requirements effectively.
- Identify goods or services needed and oversee the procurement process.
- Complete daily logs into inventory accurately and efficiently.
