Job Title: Receptionist

Job Duties:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and professionalism.

• Coordinating reservations and organizing tables.

• Interacting politely with customers and responding to their inquiries.

• Assisting in creating a luxurious experience for customers from the moment they enter until they leave.

Required Conditions:

• Saudi nationality (a valid national ID is required).

• Politeness in dealing and good appearance.

• Skill in communication and customer service.

• Commitment and discipline in working hours.

• Previous experience in restaurants or reception is preferred.

Work Details:

• Working hours: 6 days a week (one day off in the middle of the week).

• Number of working hours: 9 hours daily

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
• Direct guests to the appropriate staff or department.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
