Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the business.
• Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen.
• Develop recipe ideas from scratch and plan the menu of desserts and pastries to complement savory items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen at all times.
• Oversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessary.
• Carry out administrative duties to ensure an efficient workspace.
• Stay updated on pastry arts and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bakery operations
• Develop and innovate products including bread, viennoiserie, and pastries
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Train and develop team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef Baker or Senior Bakery Chef
• Strong knowledge of artisan baking, fermentation, and pastry techniques
• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in high-volume or hospitality environments
• Creativity and attention to detail
