Job Description:This is a full-time, onsite position involving leadership of the marketing department and driving marketing strategies in line with the company's vision and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Manage and execute advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels, focusing on achieving maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support strategic marketing decisions.
- Lead the marketing team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust plans to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications:- Skills in developing marketing strategy, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Digital marketing skills and marketing through social media.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
