Role Description

What will you do with us? (Tasks):

  • Customer reception: You will be the first face the client meets in the office, welcoming them with a smile, answering their calls, and explaining all the details of the properties we have through the office's "dashboard".
  • Data management: Your work on "Excel" must be accurate; you will enter customer and unit data, and provide us with reports whenever we need them quickly and easily.

  • Collection follow-up: In your personable way, you will remind tenants of rent due dates and overdue payments, ensuring that the office's financial matters are in order.

  • Skills: Knowledge of "Microsoft Excel" (data entry, extraction, and report presentation).

  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic (a strict requirement), and a basic level of English (not mandatory)

  • Flexibility: Ability to work on a shift basis and conduct field visits.
