About the Job
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives while ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Your role will include:
  • Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments.
  • Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action.
  • Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
  • Inspect areas cleaned using a checklist to ensure cleaning adequacy and that supplies in the room are per standard.
  • Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
  • Assist with inventory and ensure all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.

Skills and Qualifications
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, food and beverage if available), ensuring the daily operations run efficiently, achieving the highest levels of quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall supervision of hotel operations across all operational and administrative departments.
  • Preparing and implementing monthly and annual operational plans to achieve financial and marketing goals.
  • Monitoring the daily performance of the hotel and ensuring the application of quality standards and guest service.
  • Following up on contracts and suppliers and ensuring the quality of services provided.
