Tasks and Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers and greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately taking orders and providing advice on available drinks or food items.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, iced drinks...) according to specified recipes and standards.
• Operating coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices) and adjusting them as needed.
• Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter orders and complete payment transactions in cash or by card.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, tables, equipment, and preparation tools.
• Restocking supplies such as milk, coffee, cups, lids, napkins, and straws as needed.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or operational issues to the direct supervisor.
• Assisting in opening or closing tasks for the café (preparation, cleaning, daily inventory).
• Interacting positively with customers, building a friendly relationship, and encouraging them to try new products or special offers.
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards and health instructions.

Working Hours
• 9 hours (6 days a week)

• Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, danishes, and more using ovens and diverse pastry equipment.
• Understand and comply with the standard cooking methods, quality policies, and procedures established in the pastry kitchen.
• Maintain adequate stock levels at line stations to ensure continuous service.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work area, encompassing tables, shelves, cooking devices, and ovens.
• Present and set up all bakery dishes according to standards.
• Handle inventory and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Assist in food preparation during off-peak times as necessary.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Report and investigate any accidents or incidents occurring in the workplace.

• Minimum of 5 years of baking experience.
