About the Role: The Real Estate Sales Consultant manages sales activities and generates revenue by marketing and selling real estate products and residential and commercial units. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Eastern Province and outstanding performance in achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Marketing and selling real estate products.
- Presenting projects and available units and explaining competitive advantages.
- Conducting field visits and delivering sales presentations.
- Managing leads and converting them into actual clients.
- Closing deals in coordination with relevant parties.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma at a minimum, with a preference for holding a diploma or bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Skills: High communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate and close deals, and collaboration with other departments.
