Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee the execution and performance of all Green Group landscape projects in Riyadh and Jeddah. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
  • Cost Control: Manage project budgets, approve material procurement, and optimize resources.
  • Tendering Support: Lead pricing and tendering processes, coordinating with estimation and procurement teams.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and operational staff.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in landscape or construction operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong project management knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Odoo preferred).
