About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Port and Customs Operations Specialist to oversee port and customs clearance activities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Join our client, a prominent player in the shipping industry, and take charge of ensuring efficient and compliant operations related to import and export processes, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage port and customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customs requirements.
  • Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo handling and clearance operations.
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation, including import/export declarations, shipping manifests, and clearance forms, in accordance with customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods to final destinations.
