About the Position

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all tasks of your team.

  • Ensure replenishment of guest supplies and promptly respond to guests’ requests.
  • Report damage or malfunctions in hotel rooms using the ** system.

  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and motivating a team.
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Good computer skills; familiarity with Property Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand/walk throughout shifts.
