Join Kempinski Hotels as a Housekeeping Supervisor!We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations in our luxurious Al Khobar hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control the work assignments of both supervisory and non-supervisory staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect Public Areas and Floors for cleanliness and maintenance, focusing particularly on *** and repeated guest rooms.
- Collaborate with other sections of the Housekeeping Department and maintain effective communication with other Departments.
- Assist in recruitment, performance management, and training of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct monthly training sessions for team members to address identified training needs.
- Schedule routine inspections of all housekeeping areas, including occupied and non-occupied rooms.
- Monitor the usage of amenities and cleaning supplies to comply with budgetary requirements.
- Support the implementation of health and safety standards for both employees and guests.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet the hotel's operational requirements.
