Job Duties:Under general supervision, you will support the effective operation and improvement of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create tools and resources and executing basic HR programs and projects.
- Developing expertise in disciplines such as Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
- Assisting in HR data reporting and analysis to improve HR service delivery.
- Advising HR and business leaders on best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
