Responsibilities:- Ensure all employees consistently implement the Company’s HSE policies and procedures.
- Promote HSE awareness to field personnel to develop safe working behavior.
- Conduct onsite inspections and daily tours to ensure compliance with NMDC Group’s HSE Manual.
- Identify and report HSE observations and violations.
- Verify HSE requirements for work scopes and control measures.
- Conduct effective HSE induction programs.
- Ensure updated emergency response procedures are in place and known to all personnel.
- Monitor maintenance of life-saving and fire-fighting equipment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly site HSE reports.
Qualifications:- Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
- Holder of NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE certification is preferable.
