Key Responsibilities:- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft official letters, memos, and reports professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
- Handle correspondence and incoming communication efficiently.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Requirements:- Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Prior experience in the construction or contracting sector is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to write and format formal letters professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
