About the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering client relationships. You will play a crucial role in representing the company at events and establishing a strong presence to attract potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
