This 6-month contract role is pivotal in shaping the corporate culture aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy & Policy: Develop comprehensive HR strategies and policies from the ground up.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts to build a foundational team.
- Compensation & Benefits: Establish competitive compensation structures.
- Performance Management: Create a robust performance management framework.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Champion company culture and manage employee relations.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise the executive team on strategic human capital matters.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in leadership or strategic roles.
- Experience in setting up HR functions within start-ups.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
