Key Accountabilities:- Oversee all processes related to new vendor setup, including site and item creation.
- Ensure smooth integration with new system rollouts, such as ERPs and Workflow platforms.
- Execute tasks to ensure master item data integrity, including data cleansing and coordination with other departments.
- Maintain a record of stock positions bi-weekly.
- Identify new opportunities to utilize data effectively.
- Audit past instances of low availability and notify planning team.
- Create automated workflows for low availability items.
- Conduct monthly inventory analysis to assist planning team.
- Support senior specialists with KPIs, slide decks for SMR, and process re-engineering initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience:- Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.
- 03 years of experience required.
Languages:- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
