Three ways for entertainment events
Full-time
Implementation and follow-up of daily administrative tasks and organization of correspondence and files.
Management of employee files (contracts, vacations, attendance and departure, data updating).
Coordination with human resources regarding appointments, start dates, and termination of services.
Follow-up on official letters and internal circulars.
Entering and updating data on human resources systems and government platforms (*, Qiwa, Mudad - if available).
Supporting payroll and social insurance procedures.
Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting minutes as needed.
Dealing with employee inquiries regarding administrative and job-related matters.
Any other administrative tasks assigned by the direct management.
