Joining Dkhoon Emirates as a Regional Manager
We are looking for experienced Regional Managers to work in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the aim of expansion and development. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Complete supervision of sales operations in the region.
• Leading and developing sales teams and motivating them to achieve goals.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for the region.
• Monitoring performance and preparing reports for senior management.
• Developing long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management or regional management.
• High leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

About the Job:
The regional manager seeks to lead operations and achieve financial and operational goals for the projects under his supervision. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in project management, where he will be responsible for supporting department and branch managers and regularly evaluating performance to ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership supervision and support for department and branch managers and regular performance evaluation.
• Developing and implementing work plans.
• Ensuring quality and compliance, and achieving targets.
• Providing reports to senior management.
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least five years in project management and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering disciplines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels and interact with a diverse range of people.
• Skills in performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to develop and implement well-thought-out work plans and achieve goals.
