The job of (Salesperson) is a vital job at Orange and is responsible for providing excellent service to Orange showroom customers and a satisfying shopping experience. The job also focuses on achieving daily sales targets, in addition to introducing the customer to the details of Orange products and goods. All of this aims to create a unique shopping experience that makes our customers feel that they are always welcome in Orange showrooms.



Responsibilities

Identify the customer in a friendly manner within 30 seconds of entering the showroom.
Communicate with the customer by asking them questions and listening to their needs, then provide them with options to meet those needs.
Anticipate the customer's needs based on their personality and any other factors affecting their purchasing decision.
Convince the customer of the goods that meet their needs and congratulate them on their purchase, leaving a positive and distinguished impression about yourself, the goods they purchased, and Orange.
Learn and master the sales techniques used at Orange.
Suggest additional products to the customer that complement the products they want to purchase and fit their needs.
Inform the customer about the possibility of adding their purchases to their Orange card account or creating a new card for new customers once they finish their shopping experience.
Handle all return and exchange requests professionally and politely.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in front of the customer, reflecting Orange's commitment to providing elegant service to customers.
Show appreciation and thanks to the customer after their purchase and invite them to visit the showroom again.
Achieve daily sales targets.
Maintain the arrangement and organization of the displayed bedding on the beds and all goods inside the showroom.
Continuously monitor the goods and different items in the showroom, read product bulletins, and listen to the explanations from the person responsible for them, in order to present them to the customer and provide them with necessary details.
Be well-informed about promotional offers and discounts and draw the customer's attention to them.
Adhere to procedures for withdrawing goods from the showroom stock and any other procedures or instructions.
Ensure the availability of goods and the required quantities in the showroom warehouse and communicate with the person responsible in the product team to inform them of any shortages.
Strictly adhere to official working hours in the showroom.
Perform any other tasks requested by the showroom manager as long as they fall within the reasonable scope of the mentioned tasks and activities and do not conflict with the nature of the job.


Qualifications

High school diploma.
Preferably have at least one year of practical experience in sales at retail showrooms.
Skills

 Communication and interaction in Arabic with colleagues and customers clearly and understandably in reading, speaking, and writing.

 Communication and interaction in English with colleagues and customers clearly and understandably in reading, speaking, and writing.

 Sales skills and convincing others.

 Professionalism and politeness in dealing with customers.
