We are looking for a Shift Operations Leader to manage the order team in the kitchen, ensure the speed of order output, accuracy of execution, and quality consistency.
The leader is directly responsible for organizing the team, inspecting orders before they leave, and handling any pressure or operational issues during the shift.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Leading the order team throughout the shift.
Distributing staff to workstations according to pressure.
Moving staff between stations as needed.
Inspecting all orders before they leave (quantity - type - appearance).
Ensuring compliance with the approved operational pathway.
Recording operational errors and reporting them in the shift report.
Coordinating with the preparation leader in case of sudden shortages.
Officially receiving and delivering the shift according to the approved form.
Taking on cashier duties as needed (according to the schedule).
Maintaining order and discipline during the shift.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or order operations (no less than 3 years).
Quick-witted and able to handle work pressure.
• Located in Riyadh.
Able to transfer sponsorship.
Leadership and decisiveness.
Ability to organize and make quick decisions.
Commitment to systems and instructions.
Preferred for those with experience in high-order volume restaurants.
Language: Basic Arabic, English preferred.
