A specialized sports center in Pilates and yoga announces its need for a part-time digital marketing specialist who possesses creativity and skill in managing and executing marketing campaigns, aimed at enhancing the studio's presence, increasing subscriptions, and building a community interested in fitness and health.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies for the fitness and Pilates sector.
• Design posts that align with the studio's identity (static designs - infographics - stories).
• Create creative and engaging content (images - videos - reels).
• Photograph Pilates sessions and exercises to produce visual content that reflects a healthy lifestyle.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
• Design and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase bookings and subscriptions.
• Analyze content and campaign performance and provide periodic reports.
• Collaborate with trainers and management to launch promotional offers and programs.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to innovate new marketing ideas.

Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing and content management.
• Experience in designing posts using design tools (Canva or Photoshop).
• Strong skills in filming and editing videos (editing - reels).
• Good understanding of the fitness and Pilates sector (additional advantage).
• Ability to manage advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Spirit of creativity and ability to work independently within defined hours.

Nature of work:
• Remote work (requires attendance twice a week at the studio)

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with brand and customer strategies.
• Lead tenders, contract negotiations, and distributor engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities and feed insights into product development.
• Manage sales pipelines and support regional marketing efforts.
• Represent Gallagher in key industry forums and customer engagements.

• Prospect and onboard restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens
• Conduct online demos and help close new accounts
• Partner with our global marketing & onboarding teams to ensure customer success
• Represent our brand in the Nairobi F&B ecosystem

• Prior experience in SaaS, POS, delivery platforms, or restaurant tech preferred
• Deep understanding of the Nairobi restaurant scene

Responsible for searching for potential clients, following up with commercial clients, managing data through Odoo CRM, and communicating with them until the order and payment are completed.

Tasks:

Searching for potential clients.

Communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

Recording price offers in Odoo ERP and coordinating with internal teams.

Following up with clients and responding to their inquiries.

Suggesting suitable products and preparing presentations.


Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Communication and customer service skills.

Experience or skill in sales (preferably B2B).

Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Odoo).

Ability to use Canva or PowerPoint.

Ability to negotiate and manage time.


Working hours:

Full-time remote with occasional in-person meetings.
Sunday - Thursday, 8 hours daily.
