Key Responsibilities:- Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on the specified job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and manage job postings on various platforms.
- Ensure alignment of all recruitment activities with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements:- Eligibility for the Tamheer program is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
