Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and programs in line with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, records, and safety manuals.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures into project planning and operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in safety management or a similar role, preferably in industrial or logistical settings.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and safety management systems.
