* Welcoming customers and explaining the packages and prices.
* Managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling bookings and payments.
* Supervising children in the play area and ensuring safety rules are followed.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and notifying specialists of any cleanliness or safety concerns.
* Assisting children and parents when needed.
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Contributing to creating an enjoyable and safe environment for children.
* Adhering to the center's policies and procedures and management instructions.
