Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the suitable product for them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the regulations in place and following the instructions regarding holding goods

- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, and mail, and informing the customer about all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the complete official uniform

- Following management instructions regarding the work regulations that have been previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and locations, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)

• Manage and monitor social media accounts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
• Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand identity.
• Plan, develop, and schedule social media posts in collaboration with the team.
• Design basic visual materials as needed using design tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (*, Canva, Adobe tools is a plus).
• Strong interest in social media, branding, and content creation.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage the appointment schedule and handle phone inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide information about services and treatments offered.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
