Key Responsibilities:

• Front of House Excellence: Be the primary contact for parents and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and professional service.
• Admissions and Tour Coordination: Assist with school tours, maintain CRM data, and facilitate a smooth admissions process.
• Customer Experience and Engagement: Communicate with parents, manage events, and uphold a tidy and inviting reception area.
• Administrative Support: Manage the absence mailbox, provide administrative support to departments as necessary.
• General Responsibilities: Model the school’s values and adhere to safeguarding policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, with preference given to Saudi Arabian nationals.
• Experience with CRM software and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with sensitivity and confidentiality.

We need a Front Desk Receptionist who joins the Echo team. Who are we looking for: A person who will be the face of Echo Center - welcoming customers, assisting them, and making them feel like they are in the right place.
