• Maintain up-to-date departmental SOP’s/LSOP’s.

• Provide training to the employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports.

• Greet visitors and ensure they are attended to promptly and courteously.
• Operate the switchboard, screen incoming calls, and answer queries.
• Maintain visitor and caller logs, and coordinate with delivery services.
• Perform general maintenance of the reception area.
• Book meeting rooms and assist with event planning.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

• Education and certifications in relevant fields are preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Preparing quotations and submitting proposals to customers using our online tools.
• Delivering presentations on our Air, Sea, Logistics, LMD, and warehousing products.
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and claims professionally.
• Establishing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating for competitive buy rates with carriers and other key stakeholders.
• Updating and maintaining the integrity of customer data in our CRM system.
• Resolving customer issues in coordination with concerned departments.
• Reporting customer service and operational KPIs to management and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Maintaining daily and regular reports and completing any additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing appropriate products.
• Providing clear information about products and services to customers.
• Conducting sales and payment processes smoothly and quickly.
• Maintaining the arrangement of products and displaying them attractively in the store.

Qualifications:

Working Hours:

8 hours daily, two days off per week.
