Full-time Performing operations aimed at providing immediate support to the customer, helping them to understand the product, directing them to the sales department, answering any inquiries they ask about, and resolving any problems they face. They are the employee responsible for responding to the unified number and dealing with the call center program: Answering questions or inquiries that the customer needs to know through the unified number. Receiving customer data transferred from social media and communicating with them. Convincing potential customers to purchase the product or try the service offered by the company. Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey, completing it fully, and taking notes. Evaluating the customer experience, writing notes, and sending reports to management periodically. Resolving individual customer issues, identifying improvements, exploring gaps in the customer experience, and reporting them. Preparing weekly reports from the call center program and sending them to the direct manager: (Number of customers who were transferred - Number of customers registered on the program - Number of complaints - Customer satisfaction survey).
