Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution of our social media presence. This role focuses on managing social accounts, creating and publishing high-quality content, and ensuring a strong, consistent, and engaging brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and brand voice across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others as needed).
  • Create, produce, and publish engaging social media content, including short-form videos, static posts, carousels, Stories/Reels, captions, and copy, with a strong focus on quality and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain a practical content calendar focused on execution, content flow, and platform relevance rather than long-term strategic planning.
  • Own the content creation process end-to-end: ideation, trend adaptation, coordination with designers or creators, posting, and optimization based on performance signals.
  • Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and platform updates; proactively adapt and translate them into brand-relevant content opportunities.
  • Actively identify and explore organic partnerships, collaborations, and creator opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and authenticity.
  • Lead community management by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a positive and consistent brand presence.
  • Ensure all published content meets brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, PR) to support launches, announcements, and campaigns through social content execution.
  • Track basic performance indicators (engagement, reach, content interaction) to inform content improvements, without heavy reliance on advanced analytics or paid media tools.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content for brands or creators.
  • Strong portfolio or examples of social media accounts, content, or campaigns you have personally managed or executed.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, culturally relevant content, especially short-form video.
  • Experience managing multiple platforms and adapting content formats to each channel.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Required Skills:
  • Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills with a sharp eye for quality, storytelling, and trends.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, hooks, and short-form copy.
  • Comfortable shooting, directing, or coordinating short-form video content; familiarity with basic editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, or similar.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for social media accounts and their performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage daily execution, and move fast in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

We are looking for someone skilled in persuasion and negotiation, who knows how to close partnerships quickly and in a respectful and smart manner. Your main role is to attract suitable stores to the KAAN platform, convince them to join, sign agreements, and then follow up to activate the offers correctly. Main Tasks Communicate with targeted stores in Riyadh (calls, visits, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) Present the KAAN idea in a convincing way and clarify the benefits to the store practically. Negotiate partnership terms and sign agreements (commission/discounts/duration/replacement mechanism). Manage the entire sales pipeline from the first contact to activating the offer within the platform. Build strong relationships with decision-makers inside the store and maintain them. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that offers are raised, their quality, and the readiness of required materials. Achieve clear monthly objectives (number of signed stores + number of activated offers + quality of partnerships). Requirements Experience in field sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in apps/platforms/coupons/e-commerce). Strong personality in persuasion, and knowing how to deal with merchants' objections without pressure or embarrassment. High negotiation skills and ability to “close the deal” professionally. Good relationships within the Riyadh market are an additional advantage. Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under a clear target. Proficiency in using communication and follow-up tools (Excel/Sheets/CRM is an advantage). KPIs to measure performance Number of signed stores per month. Conversion rate from communication to signing. Number of activated offers with high quality. Rate of store continuity and their interaction after activation.
