Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the implementation of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or Aramco-approved systems.
  • Inspect raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications and approvals before production begins.
  • Conduct routine quality tests on various processes including painting, reflective printing, welding, and assembly, documenting results as per Aramco requirements.
  • Monitor final inspection programs to ensure that products meet Aramco standards before delivery.
  • Prepare and submit quality control reports to relevant internal and external parties.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and recommend corrective actions according to Aramco procedures.
  • Participate in internal and external audits conducted by Aramco quality teams.
  • Ensure calibration of all inspection and measuring equipment is maintained and certified.
  • Train technicians and workers on quality requirements and standards approved by Aramco.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, particularly in metal or traffic sign manufacturing.
  • Must possess Aramco Approved QA/QC Inspector certification.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international standards including SASO, ASTM, and ISO.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written) for report creation.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
