We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and be deeply involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with KSA labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems.

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 46 years of HR experience, preferably in KSA or GCC.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and KSA labor law.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a mid-to-large organization.
  • HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
