Role Overview: The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B clients in the metal, battery, and manufacturing sectors.
- Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage long-term customer partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for top management.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the lead or metal industry.
- Proven success in B2B sales and business development across local and international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to travel and meet clients when required.
Preferred Skills: Previous experience in the lead, alloys, or recycling sectors. Familiarity with export markets and industrial clients. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
