Key Responsibilities:- Diary Management: Efficiently manage and update online diaries, book appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Call and Email Management: Screen calls and monitor emails to ensure timely communication with clients and executives.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all requirements such as IT and catering are managed effectively.
- Document Management: Proofread and finalize presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to tasks. Adaptability and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
