At Abunayyan Holding, we are seeking a driven and skilled Technical Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and business development in our utility-scale solar PV mega projects across Saudi Arabia. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in solar engineering and commercial acumen to ensure successful pre-sales, bidding, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Support:
- Lead technical sales activities, including EPC and service-based solutions for utility-scale solar PV projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and cost-effective system configurations for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Act as the technical interface among clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders during bids and negotiations.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops with clients and consultants.

2. Utility-Scale Solar Engineering & Service Expertise:
- Provide technical support based on service engineering experience in solar utility projects.
- Support operations and maintenance (O&M), troubleshooting, and performance optimization for solar PV plants.
- Ensure proposed solutions consider reliability and performance guarantees.

3. Solar Tracker Systems:
- Lead the evaluation of solar tracker systems and support layout optimization.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical specifications and performance data.

4. Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in renewable energy projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers and government entities.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement teams to align sales commitments with capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV projects.
- Strong background in service engineering and technical sales.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep technical knowledge of solar PV systems and trackers.
- Strong proposal writing, client-facing presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking with knowledge of renewable energy standards in Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing client billing, payments, and financial records. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication & Account Management:
    • Communicate with customers by phone and email to update information, remind them of due payments, and guide them through the payment process.
    • Update customer data in Zoho Books, including financial contact details, purchase emails, and customer portal access.
    • Upload invoices to client systems and follow up until payment is received.
    • Monitor the company’s main email inbox and respond promptly to client inquiries related to invoices or payments.
    • Send, track, and collect advance payments as per client agreements.
    • Document all communication and follow-up notes for each invoice within Zoho Books.
    • Follow up on client requests and coordinate necessary internal actions to resolve issues.
    • Prepare financial claim letters and review client Letters of Credit (LCs) when required.
    • Review issued invoices and verify them against purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.

  • HR & Administrative Support:
    • Track and maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
