Responsibilities:- Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Clearly and convincingly explaining the advantages of offers and products.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets set by management.
- Accurately entering and updating customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Following up with potential customers and converting them into actual customers.
- Handling objections and professionally responding to customer inquiries.
- Answering customer calls and inquiries and providing appropriate solutions to their problems.
- Providing technical support or guidance regarding products or orders.
- Following up on complaints or open requests and ensuring they are resolved within the specified time.
- Building a relationship of trust and satisfaction with customers to maintain their loyalty.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and other departments (such as shipping or technical support).
