Responsibilities:- Assist with budget preparation for the Customer Service department and manage the assigned budget.
- Draft, implement, and execute policies to facilitate quality customer service.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on team performance.
- Analyze customer complaints trends and summarize impact on customer experience.
- Oversee training and performance evaluations for team members.
- Identify and recommend updates to customer service procedures.
- Manage daily workflow of the customer service team.
Requirements:- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in management within the water sector.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
